Woody Cary is a 46-year real estate veteran with executive experience in hotel, resort and timeshare development with extensive experience in strategic planning, start-ups, consulting, development, marketing, sales and management. Woody served as a subsidiary President of Watt Industries; founder and president of Tricom Management, Inc. and Platinum Interchange in 1979; and a subsidiary President of the Berkley Group which purchased his companies in 2004. Currently, Woody is President of Lifetime Legacy Enterprises which is involved in asset management, consulting, and corporate executive advisement.
Woody’s mentor was Raymond Aneas Watt, a pioneer in real estate development in California and Nevada and a contemporary of Del Webb. Woody retains his long-term relationship with the Watt Companies advising, on hotels, resorts, development and mixed-use projects. In the early 1980′s, with Mr. Watt’s vision and encouragement, Woody initiated the strategy and implementation of precedent-setting legislation on individual property tax bills and the prohibition of double taxation relating to transient occupancy taxation which remain the bases for much of the shared ownership industry’s legislative tax strategy in those areas today.
Mr. Cary has been a national and international speaker, an active participant in the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) since 1979, a member of ARDA-California and several other professional organizations. He is a graduate of Cal State Fullerton where he played baseball and subsequently pursued graduate studies, and was a teacher and coach at the University of Southern California.
The importance of ethics and honesty, respect for others, and a desire to be a positive influence have been a source of pride and are an integral part of who Woody is. He began as a busboy at Disneyland in Anaheim, California and became a respected and sought-after mentor to several company presidents and officers over the years.

Scott MacGregor is a 27-year resort industry veteran with executive experience in project planning, development, marketing, management, and finance. Scott entered the resort industry with California’s Watt Industries in 1984, then the State’s market leader in timeshare, condo-hotel and luxury condominium development. Scott worked in resort management and managed the company’s owner rental programs for southern California. Among later industry roles, Scott, served as president of Tricom Realty Services, Inc., a resort management and consultancy firm, for ten years and was Interval International’s Region Manager for the northeast U.S. and eastern Canada. For more than a decade, Scott served as Chief Financial Officer for InnSeason Resorts©, a resort development, management and marketing company based in New England. In addition to finance and accounting oversight, Scott’s responsibilities included strategic planning, brand management, product development, risk management, compliance and corporate operations. Scott was the primary architect of the InnSeason Vacation Club and co-founder of InnSeason Management, Inc. In addition to his role as a member of the CaryMacGregor team, Scott provides independent advisory services on timeshare and hotel management, finance and repositioning as a principal of The Asset & Property Management Group, Inc., and is a partner in Americas Bridge International, LLC, serving real estate projects in Brazil.
Scott chairs the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) International Foundation Research Committee, is a member of the ARDA State Legislative Committee, CFO Council and New England ARDA Executive Board, and co-chairs the region’s Legislative & Regulatory Oversight Committee. Scott is a past chairman of ARDA’s International Timeshare Foundation’s Thinktank series, and was a member of the ARDA California State Legislative Committee. He authored numerous articles for Developments and Vacation Industry Review on topics including multi-site resort management, relationship marketing and project workouts. His presentation on trends in resort management and changes in the timeshare industry have been featured at recent ARDA regional conferences.
Scott is a real estate broker in the states of California, Florida and Massachusetts. Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 1982. In May of 2000 he earned an MBA in International Business as a fellow at Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management in Boston, receiving the program’s prestigious Book Award and highest academic honors. While at Suffolk he met Valéria Dias of São Paulo, Brazil whom he later married. Valéria, Scott and their three sons live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
